Back in the pack, Al Unser III and Chris Festa get held up by two rows that are slow to pick up the pace. They squeeze by, but then struggle to catch the front-runners.

Unser and Chris have already leap-frogged several cars as they head into Turn 1.

Unser holds off Festa, but ultimately decides it's more productive to let him by so they can both concentrate on catching the leaders.

Strangely, race control allows Kanaan to lead the field into the restart, half of whom have no idea that he's a sitting duck. How dangerous is that? Thankfully, everyone gets by him cleanly before the end of the front straight.

Dixon takes the checkered flag to win the race.

Dixon wins a bizarre trophy shaped like a boom-box! Marco, who finished second, wishes it was his--but at least he's conquered his fear of ovals. Wheldon is probably happy to take third after his qualifying crash.
